The guarantee
Halfpaid only on delivery
A package is delivered when every piece is live and passes the tests written with your team.
Half of the setup fee is paid at signing, and the second half is due only on that delivery.
1percentoff the second half for every late day through our own doing, up to a fifth of the setup fee
Your agreement carries a delivery date.
For each day we are late through our own doing, 1 percent comes off the second half.
Those credits stop at a fifth of the setup fee, and past that point you may end the build and owe nothing more.
30days after you accept, to correct what does not do what your agreement describes, at no charge
For 30 days after you accept the work, we correct anything that does not do what your agreement describes, at no charge.
Where a part cannot be corrected in a reasonable time, you may end that work and we refund the fees paid for that part.
1yearcommitment
Care is a one year commitment.
A miss you put in writing that we do not fix inside 30 days ends Care with nothing more owed.
60days to sign, with your map credited in full against the package
The fee for your map is credited in full against a package signed within 60 days of its delivery.
The package price written in your map holds for the same 60 days.
5business days to remove our access
We remove our access to your accounts within 5 business days of your asking.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee revenue or any other business result.
A result like that rests on your people and your market as much as on our work.
The tests written with your team are the measure we both hold the work to.
Your part
The count of late days covers our days only.
A day spent waiting on access or test cases from your side is left out.
So is a day spent waiting on a working session or an approval.
We write to you on the day any such wait begins, so the count is one you can check.
Work that draws no written objection within 10 business days of delivery counts as accepted.
The agreement you sign states every term on this page in full, with the conditions that apply to it.
